Our returns policy is second to none.
Perfect items can be returned within 14 days, but the buyer must pay for return postage on perfect items. Outward shipping charge will not be refunded. Please ask for returns details before sending any returns. If the free shipping option was selected originally, the outward shipping cost to LittlePants will be deducted from the refund, unless the original order, minus the returns, would have exceeded £30.
If replacement items are ordered, following the return of perfect items, free shipping will not apply to the replacement order, unless the replacement order totals £30 or more.
Custom made items may not be returned unless faulty.
In addition to the 14 day legal requirement for returns of perfect goods, we also accept returns even after use in the case of 14 day Guaranteed Satisfaction trials. A full refund of the price of the item will be issued on Free Trial returns, provided the conditions of the trial have been met, but shipping charges either way will not be refunded.
Please inform me if you are returning items within 14 days of you receiving them, and please send paperwork with your returns, so I know from where they have come. If items are returned without documentation a further search charge may deducted from any credit, as it takes time and effort to trace an order which is returned without documentation.
