Before first use do a quick cool wash with detergent to remove manufacturing residues and prime your nappy. The initial very cool wash will also help to minimise shrinkage (bamboo terry will shrink up to around 10%.) There is no need tor multiple washes before use. Allow absorbency to build up gradually, as his is better for both ecology and economy

These are basically LittlePants terry squares, with a slit at each side so they can be used as preflats.  Made from 100% bamboo loop terry woven into a polyester frame - minimum 90% bamboo. (The polyester frame is needed to make the fabric durable enough to last, and stop snags pulling from the fabric?) The fabric used is Oeko-tex certified, and snag free.

Preflats are so easy. They give all the efficiency and benefits of a terry square nappy but are so simple to put on that anyone can do it. They can even be put on to fasten at the back, if you have a little flipper, who won't stay still for a nappy change. It's also possible to use them without a fastener on a very young baby, not yet mobile. Just tuck the side flap into the top of the nappy and the wrap should hold everything in place. 

Available in 40cm, 50cm, or 60cm squares sizes - all sizes are pre shrinkage and may vary minimally. 

You may need to  size down from standard terry square sizes, but the following are estimates only.

• 40cm preflat for 0-6 months approx,
• 50cm preflat for 0-18 months approx
• 60cm preflat for maybe 15 months  to 3 years approx
