Littlepants Nappies is a little different from other online nappy retailers.

It is here to support the running costs of my free Nappy advisory Service and Nappy library loans. LittlePants own brand products have all been designed to fill gaps in the market.They are all priced as low as possible. I aim to provide.

Packaging

Wherever possible, I re-use packaging. I am gradually changing to eco friendly packaging, but must use up existing packaging stocks first. To keep shipping costs down, many orders will still be packed in plastic. If you would like to guarantee that your order will be packed without any plastic, there may be a small surcharge, so please contact me before ordering, if that applies to you.

 SHIPPING

The next date for shipping orders will be  Monday 6/4/20. Please make sure you select the correct shipping option.  Although normally parcels rarely go missing, oder the current circumstances, when delivery firms are under huge strain, it is kore likely to happen, - even Royal Mail, who are normally very reliable. Usually I will follow up missing parcels for you, but under current circumstances I request that you follow up yourself, as I am incredibly busy trying to get orders ready to ship with the next shipment, and it does take quite a lot of time trying to follow up for you. I do always get proof of posting. If you need to make a claim from Royal Mail, you will need the original proof of posting. If your parcel doesn't arrive, please contact me, but please allow 2 weeks, as mail is taking longer than normal at the moment. PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING OPTION for the value of your order If you select an option which under-insures, the responsibility will be yours if the parcel goes missing. e.g., if you select a shipping up to £20, that's all your parcel will be insured for. So if the value of your items is over £20, you can only claim £20 back.
